The services provided by EU Pay LTD consist strictly of CFD trading platform, meaning the ability to online buy and sell CFDs only (“Services”). We further stress that our services are only intended to provide for online trade of CFDs by using the MT4 platform. By the fact that you buy and sell CFD online using our online platform, you approve and admit that you have received the services that you were expecting to receive from us to your full satisfaction (the “Service Approval”).

3) Fraudulent activity;

4) Transactions conducted in conjunction with other parties for taking improper advantages not in good faith;

5)Actions conducted out of the legal frames with usage of multiple IP addresses to conduct DDoS attack;


7)Scalping – order lasting not more than 5 minutes;

8)Placing orders based on manipulated prices

9)Commission laundering;

10)Making price latency regarding the system;

During trading at 10brokers.com there is a possibility that price misquotations (including but not limited to ‘off market’ pricing) may occur. 10brokers.com may inform you about such misquotations at its sole discretion. 10brokers.com reserves the right to cancel or adjust trades conducted on misquotations. In the event it is obvious that you used such misquotations for your advantage not in good faith, 10brokers.com has the right to determine that as Invalid Transactions. In this circumstances 10brokers.com may: adjust the price spreads available to you; adjust prices to reflect actual market prices; reject an order or to cancel a trade; immediately terminate cooperation with you.

In the event that 10brokers.com decides that any from you transaction is invalid, 10brokers.com has the right to deduct any profit or loss received directly or indirectly from the trades in addition to the commission, as well as 10brokers.com has the right to cancel any improper orders. You fully agree that 10brokers.com has the full authority to determine any transaction as invalid, and you will not be able to object.
